Refund Policy
At New Tricks: Puppy and Dog Training LLC, we value your commitment to training and understand that life can be unpredictable. To provide the best experience for all clients, we have established the following refund policy:
Class Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a spot in a class are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes transferring to a different class, session, or dog.
Class Payments

Once a class has started, the full payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes transferring remaining sessions to a future class, another dog, or another handler.
Missed Classes

We do not offer make-up sessions or prorated refunds for missed classes.*

*We understand life happens, and are happy to accommodate situations such as Acts of God, Death, and Illness.
Cancellations Before Class Start

If you need to cancel your enrollment before the class begins, only the balance beyond the deposit may be eligible for a refund with at least 14 days’ notice. The deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and consistency while supporting the planning and structure required to deliver quality training experiences.
