Welcome to New Tricks: Puppy and Dog Training LLC. By booking services through our website or participating in training sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Booking & Payment

 

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your spot in any group class.

  • Full payment is due before the first session begins unless otherwise arranged.

  • Once a class has started, no refunds or transfers will be given for any reason, including missed classes or schedule changes.

 

 

2. Attendance & Participation

 

  • Consistent attendance is key to training success. We do not offer makeup sessions for missed classes.

  • If you are late or miss a session, we are not responsible for lost training time.

  • Dogs must be healthy, current on required vaccinations, and free from contagious conditions to participate.

 

 

3. Behavior & Safety

 

  • Handlers are responsible for their dog’s behavior at all times.

  • Any dog showing aggression or extreme fearfulness may be asked to leave the group class for the safety and well-being of all participants. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • Children are welcome to observe but must be supervised at all times.

 

 

4. Virtual Training

 

  • Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for optimal results.

  • The same refund and transfer policies apply to virtual training as they do for in-person services.

 

 

5. Liability

 

  • By participating in training, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with working with animals and agree to hold [Your Business Name], its trainers, and staff harmless from any liability, injury, or damage to persons, pets, or property.

 

 

6. Media Release

 

  • We may occasionally take photos or videos during training for promotional use. By attending, you consent to the use of these images unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

 

 

7. Policy Changes

 

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website with the revised date.
